Colonel Red - Sweet Liberation

I must admit that 'Sweet Liberation' is the first full lenght album material that I heard from Colonel Red (very talented producer/singer from Birmingham)...except a few colaboration tracks that I have chance to check out.And I like him and his style.he has that new future soul sound that I like, and it's more soulful than broken beat on 'Sweet Liberation'.It's gonna be release for Ruff Language on October 19th.
Also look out for his other projects Milez Benjamin and a collab Crazybreed with C.O.N.E. outta Rotterdam.

new Smokey Robinson "Time flies when you're having fun"

One of the Motown's legends dropped new album,"Time flies when you're having fun" on August 25th.And   it's a big thing fo sure. It's mostly new and fresh material, self written and produced for his own record label RobSo.
The album includes a cover of the Norah Jones hit "Don't know why'. Special guests on the LP include (neo)soul queen India Arie, guitarist Carlos Santana and UK soul singer Joss Stone.
The CD also contains a homage to early Motown and Michael Jackson with the hidden bonus track "I Want You Back".
